The future of health is not about managing
decline—it is about restoring biology. Biology Beyond invests in the people, technologies, and businesses transforming healthcare from treating disease to restoring human function and advancing a new era of regenerative, preventative and optimised health. When we restore healthier biological function, longevity and health span become the natural consequence—not the destination.
For example: Stempheresis®.
Biology Beyond exists to remove barriers to regenerative healthcare by connecting capital with world-leading clinicians, researchers, and
healthcare innovators.
Through strategic investment, the Fund seeks to expand access to regenerative medicine across developed and emerging markets, improving patient outcomes, and redefining the future of healthcare.
To become the world’s leading investment platform for regenerative health, enabling equitable access to advanced therapies while delivering sustainable long-term returns for investors.
Healthcare systems around the world continue to focus on managing disease after it occurs. Biology Beyond believes the future of healthcare lies in restoring biological function rather than simply treating symptoms. Regenerative medicine, including Stempheresis® therapies, tissue engineering, advanced diagnostics, and personalised medicine, is transforming how chronic disease, ageing, and degenerative conditions are managed.
However, access remains limited. The sector remains fragmented.
Investment is disconnected. Many patients cannot access potentially
life-changing therapies because of geography, affordability or limited clinical capacity. Biology Beyond has been created to solve this problem.
The Financial Dividend is focused on delivering sustainable long-term investment performance through ownership in one of the world’s leading regenerative health ecosystems.
The Biology Beyond Foundation will serve as the philanthropic arm of the Fund.
Its purpose is to ensure that advances in regenerative medicine benefit society broadly, not only those with the financial means to access premium healthcare.
The Foundation will seek to:
Biology Beyond seeks to deliver attractive, long-term financial performance through a globally diversified portfolio of regenerative health assets.
Exposure to a diversified portfolio of clinics, regenerative medicine, medical technologies, diagnostics, AI platforms, and healthcare businesses.

As the Fund grows, so too does its capacity to improve lives.
Dr. Torbjörn Ogéus is an internationally recognised scientist, clinician, and pioneer in regenerative medicine, serving as Head Scientific Advisor to the Biology Beyond Board. As Founder and Lead Clinician of SLS (Stockholms Led- & Smärtspecialist) in Stockholm, he has become a global leader in stem cell and exosome therapies, delivering more than 15,000 regenerative treatments over a distinguished clinical career.
Holding four master’s degrees and the author of 15 peer-reviewed scientific publications, Dr. Ogéus has contributed significantly to advancing regenerative medicine. His research includes pioneering studies demonstrating increased joint space following stem cell treatment and the discovery of methods to activate pluripotent stem cells from adult blood, expanding the future potential of regenerative therapies.
A former professional athlete whose career was cut short by osteoarthritis at the age of 30, Dr. Ogéus turned personal adversity into scientific innovation. Rather than accepting conventional treatment, he developed regenerative approaches that restored his own joint function: an experience that continues to shape his commitment to advancing patient care.
As Head Scientific Advisor, Dr. Ogéus provides strategic scientific leadership to Biology Beyond, ensuring the Fund remains at the forefront of regenerative health, clinical innovation, and evidence-based medicine.
Markus Klotz is an internationally recognised strategist, researcher and innovator in therapeutic apheresis and regenerative medicine, serving as Head Strategist to the Biology Beyond Board. As Co-Founder of Elysium Institut Switzerland, he leads the strategic development of advanced regenerative healthcare facilities, medical technologies and next-generation treatment models.
Markus’s journey into regenerative medicine followed his own recovery from severe Long COVID through H.E.L.P. Apheresis and multimodal therapy under the care of Dr. Beate Jaeger in Germany. Inspired by his recovery, he founded the Apheresis Center Larnaca in 2022, recognised as the world’s first purpose-built Long COVID clinic, pioneering integrated treatment protocols combining advanced apheresis, diagnostics, nutritional medicine and personalised patient care.
A member of the RAPID Research Team, Markus collaborates with leading scientists, clinicians and researchers to advance understanding of immune dysfunction, microcirculation and regenerative therapies. His work has been featured internationally, including the ARTE documentary on Long COVID.
As Head Strategist, Markus is leading the expansion of Biology Beyond’s global regenerative health ecosystem, driving the development of world-class clinics, innovative medical technologies and scalable treatment platforms that support the Fund’s mission of Democratising Regenerative Health.
